For brevity, allow me to say that the following is a copy of my first post as a pseudo-introduction for my blog. Enjoy.
From the deepest darkness the world can offer,
A dreary soul arises to offer a darker tome.
None yet can say that all things are easy,
Or even that sins have been fully atoned.
As I look at all through this looking-glass,
It becomes clear that all life must soon pass
Beyond this realm of shadow into the real
Where true pain is felt on a level unknown,
and songs are sung about flowers overgrown.
Onward we press into this deep realm,
Where lines are blurred from one to the other.
If you have a mind to follow this soul,
My apologies if this seems all too bold.
Refusing to be caged the mind does wander
No matter the place to which it might alight.
Welcome to my world, fair stranger, where the philosophy is strange and the characters are stranger. I view the world through my own lense, and on the other side, I hope it makes sense. I hope you enjoy the lengths to which I go, if not just remember this is but a sideshow.
Christian Kane.

everyone views the world through their own optical lense- the beauty of poetry is that for just a moment we can let others peer through our “looking glass” is they have the sight to see what we see. I loved what I have already read, I’ll defiantly be coming back to the show
Thanks for the comment, it is always encouraging to hear feedback. I should have some more to post before the weekend (God willing). Feel free to read some of the older stuff in the mean-time, however.
